Handlebar risers

Post by Phorodon »

I am about to have risers machined for my 907 to the drawings posted elswehere on the ducatipaso.org site. They will be in aircraft grade aluminium (aluminum to those living stateside) and cut on a CNC miller. I would prefer 15 mm but may have to settle for 12 mm (just under half-inch imperial) and anodising is an option. For 10 pairs or more the estimated price will be around £50 a pair ($100 US or 75 Euro) and £60 a pair for the minimum run of 5 pairs inclusive of anodising. Post and packing will be extra, but at cost.

I will go-ahead with the minimum order anyway as there is always e-bay, but I would prefer to guage the level of wider interest among the pasoisti, so as to decide whether to go for 10 pairs. Anyone expressing an interest is not committed in any way. Money will only be needed when I have the risers between my cotton-gloved fingers (to avoid marring a thing of beauty) and I will post a photo of the finished product.

OK. Yours is the first response I have had. I will let the posting run for one more week and then place the order, but it looks like being 5 pairs rather than 10.

I would also like a set if they are still available.
