Eugenio, is is possible you have a fuel leak somewhere? It could be anywhere, and leaks only from vibration when the bike is running on the road, and the fuel evaporates, so you don't see the wetness. There may be a crack in a weld of the fuel tank, which leaks only with vibration, and the fuel evaporates from the heat of the motor. I had that once, many years ago, before the Paso.

I reckon you must be right Skins, I can't think of anything else that would churn the juice that fast on a Paso. I hope it is a leak because if the engine is using that much it can't be good.

If the fuel consumption suddenly has risen, than I suggest you check the water temp sensor of the fuel injection. If this failes, the ECU will think it is much colder (even below zero) and richen the mixture, resulting in bad running and excessive fuel consumption.

You can find datasheets of the sensors on

He did find a leak in the tank, fellas, so that was at least part of the problem. I haven't had any further news at this time.
