I'm about to become the newest Paso owner!!
Woo hoo!! I've just gotten back from putting a down payment down on a 1990 906, blue in color, with about 8,100 miles on it!! I'm going to take delivery next week after the dealership does some prep work to it. (charging the battery, inspection, etc.)
I have coveted that bike ever since I saw it on the web and then to see it in person, it is a work of art!

Sweet! I love the blue 906 very beautiful indeed.
Congratulations on what sounds like a good low mileage example.

ha ha ha! As far as a pic goes, I'm so excited about this bike I'm looking for excuses to go by the shop and look at it. I might take a picture of it thru the window!

I too have just acquired privately a 1990 paso,9500 miles, red on white and very clean, will pick it up next week. Had a 1974 750gt back in the late 70's and have always regretted letting it go,looking forward to growing old with this one........

Congratulations!, another blue colleague. Although red is great, I selected blue when I bought it 18 years ago... Enjoy it!

Re: I'm about to become the newest Paso owner!!
Hi Jeff - know what ya mean - to me, the Paso series of Ducatis just 'look' fantastic....!!!
They seem to have a 'soul' that was left out of the ST replacements, IMHO. Mind you, the Paso look, is truely quantified, once the motor is running. I've ridden lots of differant bikes over the years, but nothing stirs the motorcyclist 'within' me more than the Paso type of bike.
Sure, I'll happily admit theres been lots of newer, & 'faster' bikes I've been on, but they seem fairly 'boring' in comparison I reckon.
Saddest thing really, is that ya can't buy a new one these days. IMHO, I bet they'd sell like hotcakes if the production line cranked up again.
Typically, once they got the formula 'right', with the 907 - they stopped making the bloody things.......!!!
