that`s the US rear light. That can be found for even less money. The issue is to get the european one with the incorporated turn signals and red/orange cover.

yes that is a desire i have as well, because soon after i bought my 907 i found a new rear lens(euro0 and have it still as new in the box.

i have never been able to mount up the bulbs in a way that satisfied me so i just mounted a pair of those mini turn stalks for the moment.

still would like to find the whole euro light assembly so i dont have to fuss with trying to rig up bulbs

doug,

I had a modified rear light once that I sold. Unluckily I didn`t make any pictures. It was a US rear light with euro cover. Someone had found one piece (metal) reflector/bulb holder units that were mounted as turn signals. The rear light cover normally comes with 2 black plastic inserts that seperate the middle section of the rear light and the side (turn signal) parts. With these in place it worked like the original euro rear light. From the light and seperation of rear/stop light and turn signals you couldn`t tell the difference. The reflector/bulb holder units used for the turn signals looked older, they may have come from a car.

Such mod is possible to do, if there is space for blinker bulb holders. its easy to find blinker bulb holders from good car spare part shop. Not so difficult.... :)

yea , so far i have bought three different types of auto bulb holders but havent come up with a sanitary way of mounting them to the corners of the us light assembly yet.

its one of those things that i will eventually get around to.

It can be then only way... Or why not to search small good looking LED blinkers to Your rear ? There is plenty of such in new markets, need to choose only best fitting....

I bought one Euro tallight from Ebay just some week ago, but i want to keep it myself, cause one onf mine is broken(just that lense). It was 61€(complete), but shipping from Italy to Finland was 32€ !!!!!! Too much from post package about 1.6kgs !!!! Frankie helped me alot and many greetings to him about his help. Btw, seller wanted to cheat me with shipping price, so maybe i get some moneys back..... Again very many thanks to Frankie!!!    He is real nice guy ! :smoke:

thats what i have done temporarily, my avatar only shows the old oem turnsignals but they were drooping badly , not to mention that they were just hideous anyways.

i found some "mini" oval turn signals in black and they are whats currently on the bike.

Could someone please post a picture/photo of the rear tail light minus the lens from a non european rear light. I am curious as to what they look like and I am in the process of making an LED board for the tail, stop/brake, number plate and indicators.

Thank you.
