Maybe you done some more testing,
how is the cutoff, does your high or low beam blind oncoming traffic?

Sadly the bike is now not on the road as I am stripping the front end down for repairs to the forks and the engine is coming out - all to do with my trip over to Greece next June.

In pic 3 you can see a clear cutoff w halogen.
In pic 5 looks like there is no cutoff w bi-xenon, that worries me a bit.

Understand what you mean what you have though is a brighter longer beam and as it is so bright it doesn't show up so clearly as I am probably too close to the doors. I also have not spent time setting and adjusting the headlight. All I wanted to do was just show the brightness as this is the problem I find with the standard light set up.

This is an improvement.

Sadly no, the engine has come out this week and is going away to be sorted I am replacing with a like for like engine that I purchased as I know the one in the bike had a chain lock up and there is a knocking noise in 3rd gear. The aim is to hopefully make one decent engine from the two. I have a mechanic that I use who is far better than I in recognising any future problems and has all the tooling - I shall though be very "hands on" undoing and rebuilding the engine.

I am also going to make a better job of the repairs on the body panels and repainting them aswell as also getting the wheels repainted probabaly.

Back on the road hopefully for May so I can do all the test running needed before my trip to Corfu, Greece via Bolgona in July.
