This pic shows just how far off the disc is. The split in the caliper should be right in the center of the disc.

I have a new caliper mount and just need to have the disc mount machined down to the proper dimension.
It will just clear when installed but once the brakes are applied or any other forces are applied, it hit the bracket. Ugly stuff!paso750 wrote:I wonder that that wasn`t noticed before. When the rear was jacked up one should`ve noticed immedeately that the wheel didn`t turn unless it did at the beginning and somehow slowly moved to the right.
I've had the rear wheel off the Paso to measure up the rear brake caliper and disc. It appears that the disc mount isn't the proper part and mounts the rotor disc too far to one side. This caused the bolts that the mount the rotor to cut into the caliper mounting bracket and ripped it up pretty bad.
Looking good, Jon!jcslocum wrote:I have installed the machined rear disc mount and it fits much better. The rotor is in the right spot and the clearance between the rotor bolts and the caliper bracket is about 2.5mm.
