Source for Black Plastic washers...

Post by renzo750 »

Hello All,
Been a long time..guess I finally have something to add.

I discovered Buell Part # BA0409.6BL will get you a nice black plastic washer to use on your Paso body work.

UPDATE:
I must apologize for my "quick" post; in side by side measurements the Buell washer is a bit different. The washer, from a Ulysses lower front fender connection:
Buell is .8mm thick, 14.25mm OD 6.66mm ID
OEM Paso is 1mm thick, 15mm OD and 7.60mmID
The hole on the Buell is a tad small to fit the Paso OEM screw; however…with a careful hand it could be made to work.

Nice one, thanks for the part number but the guy is bound to ask "what's it from?"

Is it a panel screw washer on the Buell?

Have those washers exactly the same measures of the stock ones?
I can't stand the transparent ones sold at the Ducati dealers.

I am sure there are many others not to mention your local industrial fastener supply house. These are very common parts easy to find
