Or, it might be a trick question, since the Paso really doesn't have clip ons. If it did, it would need 41.7mm clamps for the fork tubes. (good luck finding those)
But otherwise, yes, 7/8 of an inch is the standard bar size for all motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles, The exception is Harleys, and those that want to look like Harleys, then the bar size is 1.0 inch.
