The advert states clearly that it was done by an overseas distributor, not the factory.
If memory serves me right, I've seen this colorscheme on several bikes in Holland, including the black painted front and the small wind deflector. I believe that the former dutch distributor made a few of these. I know they did a color mod on several of the last 750 Paso's they had, called the Paso Misano. The oil cooler covers were painted yellow on these (I know, I know, not my favorite color combination either).
They did this to clear some old stock bikes. Likewise did they do a 900SS "Imola" version around 1995, with the uderside of the full faring painted like the red Paso 750, together with some oder small mods.
