Bike not charging again wonder if its the regulator again or its the generator this time any ideas? has anyone done a generator replacement on the bike? how easy is it? what tools needed? get me back on road lads!

First thing I would do is go over all of the wiring looking for any corrosion or signs of overheating. Trouble spots are the ignition switch connection and the wiring between the alternator and the regulator. You can find the wiring diagram here in the documents section.

The regulator is always very prone to fail.
I have had to replace on 2 of the 3 Pasos I have owned...

However, first try with the good advice of the friend Higgy.
