Welcome on board.
I guess the stock decals are hard to find.
You can find some good replacements on ebay.

Hi and welcome.

Although I'm in New Zealand I hope my advice may apply to Uk too. I recently had my 906 repainted by a car painter who has a reputation for matching colours well. I had him touch up the fairing on my previous bike and he matched it perfectly. Can I suggest you visit your nearest large bike shop and ask the salesman if they ever have trade-ins touched up and if so who do they use? They may be able to recommend someone who is geared up for smaller jobs and skilled in matching colours.

Good luck!

thanks for that that , i was going to do that tomorow i have a few paint codes , i will do the spraying myself but i used to have this old boy who could match anything but is no longer working and i have found a few companys that do bike paint but you do have to allow for paint fade with age so i will have to get it matched to the bike .

Yes, even getting paint mixed from codes does not mean it will match, due to fading - as you point out.

As for decals, I had a local signwriter do mine on his computer - they were all available on the programme he had.

The replicas I was talking about.
Some guys here have bought them and it seems they are good enough.
