Need a solution to a rear m/c for my 750 paso.

Post by dubescati »

So, my rear m/c is out of commision, bike fell over when kickstand pin broke into 2 pieces and some how jammed the piston in the m/c up and damaged it beyond repair. Local mechanic says hes trying to find a compatible one, but not having luck. Wondering if anyone has knowledge of a compatible m/c, even if mounting is differnt and needs a mod or whatever.

Thanks a ton.

How did that happen? The sidestand is on the left, the rear brake m/c on the right.

this one looks like it

Some guy here used one of a newer Ducati model. The mounting hole distance is smaller so he had to make a mounting adapter.

I'm the one that put on a newer rear brake M/C, but on a Sport. I looked at a Paso recently and the frame is in the way of putting a newer M/C on the engine case, so it won't work.

I might have a M/C also, but I will have to look.
