Donaldoduck, that 900ss is so beautiful, nearly makes me upset I may like it as much as my 907!

Actually if I could have been convinced that a 900 would be as comfy as a 907, I might have bought one instead.....I recently did a 5 day/ 2500km + ride and even with my comfort mods, I had a sore left shoulder and neck, so a 900 or 851 will have to be the scratching bike

Hi Duc750

The re-commissioning is being done by Lamo's Motorcycles in Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire. He is an unusual bloke who has worked on Pasos before and comes with a very good reputation (http://www.lamosmotorcycles.co.uk). I only know of him through mates of mine who have used him for years. His workshop - which is HUGE - has the smallest frontage of any bike shop I have ever seen, drove past it twice! He had two Pasos in his workshop when I went in! He comes across as very straight and very practical.

I am now debating keeping my 907 stock as its only one owner and the mileage is so low (1,900) and buying another higher mileage 907 to modify to my whim. I'll keep you informed.

I am having the bike brought up to concours and will supply photos when complete.

I will check out Laser Cans and TTS performance and PDQ - if I can find them - will keep you informed

Thanks for the tip Duc750

Nigel, you would like the 900ss it is very comfortable for a sport bike. But I agree nothing is as comfy and beautiful as a 907 that is why I have owned it for 18 years. Other bikes come and go but the 907 will be mine forever. But the 900ss is light, fast, and handles well and is definitely a scratcher. But I can ride it long distances with the Corbin seat and a throttle lock. It is my little 888. I love all the Ducatis from the era 1988-1995.

You are the first to suggest them Nicola, I can see they list pipes for the 750 Paso but they don't list pipes for the 906 or 907IE

Sadly my Italian isn't good enough so I'll have to ask a friend in Italy to try for me. Especially as they'll have to supply a chip with the pipes - don't think that will be an easy concept to get across - damn I can hardly understand it in English!!

I have also made an enquiry with TTS (as per a suggestion above) but I won't hear from them until Monday when they open again after the week-end

But Thank You very much Nicola

750 pipes fit all models, also 906 fits.
Link above is for 907.

Fast by Ferracci still sells chip many like.

I heard to say that 750 need different pipes because cilinder are shorter.
906 and 907 should use same pipes, but you might need a special tuning to carburetteur to let the engine "breate" correctly!

Someone yet posted this?
Me, even if not in this thread.
I know well Galassetti, I went many times to ask him about his exhausts and they offered a good discount for a multiple purchase.
I guess they not have any chip for the 907's ECU, no matter it can be bought from Ferracci (FBF stage 1).
If someone was interested, I can ask him :phone: :phone: :phone: :phone: :phone: :phone: .

Ciao Francesco

Yes Please - I will be VERY interested IF
1 My lead here in GB doesn't work out - I'll know today and,
2 If they can supply everything I need - I don't want to impose on you buying/negotiating on my behalf all over Italy!

Grazie Francesco

If I well understand, you would like from Galassetti BOTH the mufflers and the chip for the ECU.
It's right?
Let me know when I have to ask him
