I'm going to have to give that a try! Never thought about it and it would be beneficial. Have to give it a trial run today and see how it fits/feels under the full face helmet. Good thinking!

yeah , I was just going to say cant have been very"x" if you rode 300k's for "it", mind you history is full of instances where men have gone to extaordinary lenghts for a bit of the other , and I dare say wars have been started when the expected scruff didnt eventuate coz he arrived in second place

no idea if this is a problem with the Weber, too but years ago riding in November I had problems with carb icing (using Mikunis). The temperature was not more than 5-7°C.

So the trip was a success! Could not have asked for better weather! No rain and rode up and back with my jeans, a set of thermals, and my summer riding jacket and was sweating most of the way. Amazing what the weather can bring! Now T-Storms the next 3 days...

I have been out for a ride this weekend, the third ride this year. The weather has been very nice here for the last 2 weeks, bright sunshine and 16-20 Celsius.

yes its a lovely day for a ride,'cept the back tyre was flat ,no doubt caused by the big nail sticking out , so drive into town and get new tyre, fit same , have a coffee and climb into the gear, even thought about texting Fraser just to let him know that while he was working I would be out riding in the sun :D , got on and gave the throttle a good twist ( a couple of squirts from the accellerator pumps is easier than the choke ) and the f@#$kin throttle cable broke. So now Im sitting in the sun , box of Becks..... eric clapton on the sterio ,bugger the motorbikes
