Chain Guide

Post by Dap_Spackled »

I am fairly certain that these chain guides are made out of unobtainium. However, has anyone found a reasonable substitute?

Unobtanium ?

Its generally called Nylon 6(Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as acetal,[1] polyacetal, and polyformaldehyde) Available everywhere as Delrin. You can most likely get the size you need for free from a shop that works with it frequently. It is easily machinable. You can even do it your self with a small collection of rasp files and a dremel tool.
