I must say that as a very "new" owner of a 906 Paso it feels like quite a jackpot to have found your pages.
We recently (today to be honest) purchased our first Ducati together with my wife, and for some reason we ended up with a 1990 Ducati 906 Paso. The model has caught my eye before but they are quite rare here up north and therefore I was not sure if I would ever be able to find one.
The one that we now own had been for sale at a local motorcycle shop for ower a year, and it did not really interest me a first since the previous owner has slightly modified it a bit in the front (as you will see from the pictures). I did however go and take it for a spin, and after that I was sold!
It is a considered to be a "project bike" and the goal in the long run is to restore it to it's original glance and hopefully to give us memorable rides for many years to come!

Fortunately I got the original headlight together with the bike, will probably replace the two small ones this winter.

I kinda like the look of the orginal silencers better then the Remus ones, but unfortunately the sound is not so exiting (these were fitted this afternoon before we took a ride together since the Remus system (next picture) does not at the moment allow for the passanger feet rest to fitted.

The sound of the engine from these babies can NOT be described (although I assume all of you here might have a clue)

The first (and hopefully only thing) that will be done this summer is a small rebuild of the Remus system to fit the passenger feet rest (besides routine maintenance of course).
Cheers
Andreas
