Not that I am interested in the, but is there some significance to this plate in particular?

its usefull to go on a pre 1962 bike or car thats been restored but long ago lost its age related number and/or log book, they have status on prestige vehicles and if the initials fit a name or company they can even be a tax break! gerhard, im sure you know in germany people try for plates with the same number on them such as HH 1111..... and that in america and other places people make names and words from their registration plates. i think its a world wide phenonema? excuse my spelling! funny word that! anyway WVJ 416 is a pre 1962 registration number. imagine if your name was william vincent jarvis..... that you had a squint..... and a 916! perfect! or an old bike or car, beautifully restored and in need of an age related number plate to complete its authentic apperance.... again...perfect for the job! and any cash i raise from its sale.... goes into a motorbike project.....what could be better?
