Re: clutch problem
If you are satisfied the system is bleed completely, which can be challenging check out your clutch stack.
There is an article here http://www.mad-ducati.com/Technical/Clu ... cking.html
and a few in the FAQ's on this website you can also do a search here on clutch stacking to find some more ideas
On a side note,Ducati has changed the spec several times over the years
It is not uncommon to need to add a plate or remove one or replace a warped one.
Deglazing is also a good idea while you have it apart

Re: clutch problem
To go along with the above comment:
Bleeding the line. The master cylinder is angled up slightly when mounted on triple clamp and air can sit in the master cylinder no matter how much you bleed the line. Unmount the clutch master cylinder from the handle bars and when bleeding the line make sure the master cylinder is level so the air bubble will be forced out.

Re: clutch problem
I was going to mention if you install the Barnett you should follow their info. On mine it still took some fiddling with the plates to get it working good,if I remember I had to add a plate to get the stack proper
