Can you post a close up pic of the top case mount, near rear pegs?

Do you mean the mounting for the top case frame?

26,500 miles, I think that's around 40,000 km.davo wrote:Hi Derek, nice looking 907!
The standard pipes do look good!
How many km`s?
Is that a battery breather hose attached to the swing arm?
I eneded up buying a deka sealed battery to get rid of any battery acid problems.
Yep, the lower mount near pegs.Do you mean the mounting for the top case frame?
I can post a picture but it won't be until the weekendTamburinifan wrote:Yep, the lower mount near pegs.Do you mean the mounting for the top case frame?
Yes. Original tool kit, Owners Handbook, 906 Paso Workshop Manual with 907ie supplement all came with the bike as well as an assortment of shims.JoKing wrote:Wooooo..... he as an original tool kit!
I've only just aquired the bike so I'm pleading not guilty. From the diagram it looks like the footpeg mount should be on the outside of the hanger but to be honest the way it is mounted looks a lot tidier to me.paso750 wrote:that looks like a GIVI luggage carrier, but if it is it seems it`s not mounted correctly (at the footpegs).

Mine was mounted exactly the same...but removed now as I think the bike looks far better without them.paso750 wrote:that looks like a GIVI luggage carrier, but if it is it seems it`s not mounted correctly (at the footpegs).
