Re: My 907ie
Those V50's are for sure the funniest looking bikes ever with no body work on. Nice and easy to work on the engine though which is a good thing in my experience !

Uh... tripple post!
Yeah, there were some dashes on ebay the last weeks. Got my brand new one for an equal price from down under. But the clock in my old one is still working. Never had issues with that...

Re: My 907ie
It's great to see your excellent work given to the little Guzzi. I had one for ten years, put 60,000 miles on it with very little trouble. The Dyna ignition and pod filters/rejetting that I applied gave the Monza extreme reliability and pretty good acceleration for a 500cc shaftie. My final drive box did fail though as a result of improper lock washers fitted by the factory on the ring gear within. I had to source another final drive and the correct serrated lock washers to make the repair. Have you already replaced the lock washers to your fine V50's final drive ring gear? Again, beautiful baby LeMans!

Re: My 907ie
looks great. That rubber on the lower frame rail should not be near the exhaust but on the front to prevent the side fairing to rub on the frame rail.
Did you have that exhaust on when you went to the TUV ?

Re: My 907ie
I got the new Dash on ebay Germany. There was a seller with around 10 new Dash units. There is sometimes a new Dash in the Australian ebay. http://www.ebay.de/itm/Ducati-906-907-D ... 27c6d6a341
I have never seen the clear dash cover on ebay, only the complete ones

Re: My 907ie
Hi Rüdiger, great looking 907ie, i can`t remember the last time i saw one in black on the road where i am. Twin head lights looks special, trying to motivate my self to do the same.
Can you tell us what type of exhaust is that? Is that a modified stand muffler or one from an exhaust maker?
Also I`m chasing some standard mufflers (1992 model), i noticed you got some from Germany. Do know if they had any more new old stock.
