Exhaust rattle

Post by plasmid »

Hey all,

On of my Paso's exhaust's has something loose inside - probably rust - sounds like small pieces of metal.
Shaking it got some of the stuff out, but not all - still rattles at certain rpm's.

Is there a good way to get this out besides buying another exhaust?

If anyone has an original right or both exhausts please msg me.

Thanks

you can cut them at both ends on the welds. There is a couple of tac welds holding the baffles in place inside. Most likely one of those broke loose
I have a thread here somewhere with pics

Thanks.

There's one bigger piece loose in there, but mostly
it's string like pieces coming out, so I'll see.

Fixed 99% by shaking it until the various small bits fell out.
