'88 Paso750 in Boston, MA - sold

Post by hrolf »

Hello fellow Ducati aficionados !

I have come into possession of a 750 Paso, but I'm looking to acquire a more modern, touring-friendly bike with ABS and other reassuring safety features so I can go touring with my wife -- and I really don't need to have a shed full of bikes. So sadly, after getting her up and going, it's time to part ways.
Image

Here's her details:
  • * 9,800 miles, three owners.

    * BRAND NEW goldentyre rubber. Bespoke italian tires manufactured in 2013 and specifically made for classic Ducatis: so new that the little antennae haven't even come off yet.

    * The carbs have been replaced with Mikunis from a 1997 Monster. Original Weber carb available if you want it.

    * The electrics have been upgraded to 2x30A/12V Bosch relays.

    * Cobra F1s slip-ons for more power and even more of that awesome Duc engine.

    * Dual front / single rear Brembo disc brakes.

    * Original shop and owner's manual.
Registered, plated, and inspected in MA. I have title in hand. In the interests of full disclosure, the title currently lists an odometer discrepancy instead of the mileage; however, the mileage IS actually correct, and I am in the process of correcting this and to that end I have all the necessary notarized paperwork already, it just needs to be rammed through the RMV.

Please PM me with any questions!

Strange, 87's have the alu triple and chrome passenger grip.

Best of luck with the sale and I'll take that Weber if you don't like it ;)

Thanks for the catch! I've updated the title -- and i'll be in touch once the bike sells to see if you still want the carb :D

Bump and a price drop.

My weak excuse for this price drop is that i'm probably moving this summer, and so I'd like to prune down my stuff before that time.

$2k.
