Please Check Frame Ground Wire For Me!

Can someone please pull their seat & check the ground wire that's connected to the frame a couple of inches below the rear gas tank mount? Where does your ground wire connect?

I have a 2-into-1 ground wire. It is about 10 inches (25cm) long. One of the wires connects from the frame mount to the battery negative. The second wire, which is spliced into the terminal attached to the frame connection below the tank, also connects to the battery negative. This doesn't make sense! It seems as if the second wire should connect from the frame mount to the engine or somewhere else.

I tried the obvious methods for inserting a digital picture with no success, so hopefully my 'verbal picture' will suffice. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi David, on my bike there is a 2 into one ground as well; two wires are connected to the frame just in front of the shock mount. One wire goes to the battery ground, the other goes to the engine, just aft of the crankcase breather. Hope this helps!
