How dose the Search work

I put shim into the search and nothing came out. I also put in fuel with the same result. I have used search befor and got information out but most times when I use it nothing comes out. I keep the seach to single words. Often there is information that I know is on the site and can't find it with search.

Just did a search again and this time it worked fine. Who knows?

I typed in shim and got about 15 hits. Maybe it's just the software???
