Clutch cover

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone knew if the clutch cover from the 916's will fit the 907s?

Also, I just bought a beautiful set of polished Staintune pipes, any mods that I shoud do to the F.I. (chip?). The bike already has a K&N filter.

All the Ducati's dry clutch cover will fit on the 907.

All depend, do You want to burn Your exhaust valves, or no...

If U have "free flow" air filter, like K&N and then add also non resistive exhaust system(open pipes), i give advice: Weld to headers connections to Lamda sonds, buy FIM Chip and AMB to P7 ECU(907IE 1992 modells have P8, so no need AMB) and dyno Your bike in such place, where they have that FIM software to finetune FIM chips with flat top, same time, as bike is dynoed... It function that way....

I wouldnt risk my 907 engine with open pipes, K&N and original chip.... Btw, i have done all that and i am very satisfied to result and no need to worry about burned exhaust valves. I have seen some 900cc Ducati engines with burned exhaust valves and didnt like so much to see it.... Btw, mine FIM chip had to finetune about 7.4% richer to function best way.... Pitty, that i have lost those dyno papers to somewhere....

Surely all injection adjustments have to be done BEFORE dyno !!!!

I have done some things:
porting
light flywheel
light clutch (STM)
FIM chip (fine tuned)
AMB (FIMs memory board to P7 ECU to remeber changes)
K & N
air intake snorkels away
open pipes (3 different modells)one pair to workdays, one for saturdays and one for sundays(Contis)

so you change the pipes on your 907 more often than I change my socks....
