Looks like pasos have not hit rock bottom yet price wise.

Always wondered why they are so cheap given that they are such good bikes if maintained

Paso 750 - Yeah of course I asked and NO he doesn't have one.

Bock 900r is right. The design is/was too much for the mainstream and now they have the added bad reputation for having tyres that are: "completely unobtainable".

Still . . . £900 for a 907 - hell I might just buy it myself to keep the miles off mine!

Hey Jaffa, the reason I put "completely unobtainable" in inverted commas was coz I, you, and all the Paso world knows there are loads of useable alternatives to the now unobtainable original specification tyres - sorry I wasn't clear.

(Got a toolkit?)

Yes mate, have a tool-kit.

A hammer, some duct tape, and plenty of enthusiasm. :) :)

In my experience if you pay under a thousand pounds for a bike it always costs another 500 to put right all the niggly things. My fundamentally sound VFR 750 so far owes me a reg rec, new brake lines all round, a new clutch, a significant amount of wire, crimp terminals and solder and a new clutch. A lot of the problems are due to lack of maintenance or general poor maintenance over a period of time.
