Difference U.S./Canada and Europe Models

Post by dallipopalli »

Hello everyone, im new to this board, so i want to introduce myself.
i live in Austria/Europe and own an Italian Paso 750. There are differences even in the european models, but now i want to buy a second paso 750, but this one comes from the us or canada.

Is there anybody who can tell me main differences in the export models for the north american market if there exists differences? (mp/h and km/h on the speedometer is clear ....)

Thank you for your answers!

Hi there & welcome,

US models:
temperature gauges in °F not °C.
smaller header and exhaust
completely red tail light with seperate turn signals, red reflectors near the rear turn signals
Not sure but I don`t think the european models had the orange reflectors on the forklegs
no light ON/OFF switch
small filter on the left side near battery box to filter gasoline fumes (may have been only on California models)
I think the Weber jetting was a little different, too
very few have the Marelli Digiplex ignition. I`ve never heard of any of these models in Europe.
