Want to buy, or borrow a hugger for the 750 Sport. If I buy it, it might be butchered and reduced to a thinner version of its former self. If I borrow yours, I will simply do a fiberglass layup on it and will return it to you in its original form. Any condition. I can work around the flaws. Trying to build one around just the swing arm and tire is a bit more difficult.
Or, if one of you out there is experienced in fiberglass layup, we can talk about your price. I have done it, but its been 25 years now.
Cheers, Phil

Re: WTB- Rear hugger for 750 sport
I do have a few SS huggers, and spent and evening cutting off bits to get one to fit, but couldn't get it to fit in any manner that I liked much. I ended up with a bunch of little PP plastic bits, and a shorter hugger that doesn't fit anything now. The stock mounting tabs on the swing arm just don't match up well, and don't really want to cut them off. The easiest thing of course is to use a stock one, but I have a few other things I am trying.
But you are right, I should drop Ed Millich a call. His shop is right on my way to work, and I stop by from time to time to look at his toys.
Cheers, phil

not quite sure what shape you`re after but if you figure out a way to make a mounting bracket you should be able to adapt almost any rear fender after cutting it to shape.
This for instance is something I made for a friends Cagiva Elefant. I had an old carbon rear fender from a Guzzi and cut it down over 50%. Then I made that stainless steel shovel to rivet it on. But that swingarm is flat so it`s possibly a bit easier to do than on a Sport.
