The fitting of my HEL braided lines was a bit hit and miss as well. For some reason one of the lines from the splitter to the caliper has a twist in it and I have never been able to make it sit quite right. Mailed HEL to ask about this but never got a reply...
Although I haven't been very active of late I'm still checking in on a regular basis. The forum has been a great source of information for all this time and I hope there are many more years to come.
