I would try drilling it right thru with a small drill ( 2-3mm ) and maybe bigger .I have found that with these things and broken bolts/studs that drilling them thru can loosen them a bit . Don't drill to big as you still need some metal for the drift to bear on. You could drill a 5-6mm hole and thread it , then using a few 8mm washers as a spacer on the end of the shaft , thread the bolt in and pull it out...........or maybe a slide hammer

Thanks for replays, I figured I needed to grease for internal of spacer with the oring over the shaft and for clutch drum over shaft, first pic is where I thought to drift the piece back out the way it came, second is where it's at now , I'm going to see if I can get a strong magnet to fit inside shaft and pull it out , I tried a nice new little drill bit on the broken guide but she didn't want to drill at all, don't suppose anyone can tell me if I am trying to drift from the right place,ie the hole in the centre of the first pic

Some reason I can't upload pics right now, but I think the drift hole is behind the little cover with 3 bolts in it just forward of the primary cog

No! That`s the crankshaft. (if you mean the very fist pic posted on page 1 of this topic)don't suppose anyone can tell me if I am trying to drift from the right place,ie the hole in the centre of the first pic
If the cover you mentioned last is where the mark in the second pic is you're right.
If you manage to drill the pin and still can't get it out you can try to drill through it, then cut a thread into it. After that use a socket nut that fits on the shaft and which is bigger than the pins diameter, place a washer on the end and screw in a long bolt. You may manage to pull it out this way if you can't punch it out from the other side.

Here's the pics , I tried really strong magnets but the stick welder got the broken piece out, I lined the start of the internal of shaft with a little every paper to resist spatters there, the thing is whatever's I'm the alternator side doesn't want to go any further and clutch side seems the same with a blockage further in, and that's a very pretty engine build mate, merry Xmas guys

I don't think the hole goes right thru the shaft , not on the ones that have the slave cylinder in the clutch cover , Im pretty sure my Paso one doesn't go right thru as I looked into fitting the SS clutch and it was a no go because I would have needed to fit the SS shaft and I wasn't interested in splitting the cases ( at that time )

I did wonder if the hole went right through on earlier bikes. G's idea is good.

That blockage is still there after removing my trouble broken guide, is still have a clear run of 50_60mm inside the shaft, so new guide/ control plate should be ok , I hope now a trial run with the new clutch plates, springs,clutch nut fastened and old control plate in place, my concern is will that outside steel plate be a problem being a little proud of the clutch drum,probably other things to look out for too , just stumbling through at the moment , out of the kit I have 2 drive plates and 2 friction plates left out, I have read faqs still confused , help and ideas always appreciated

Trying to load a better pic of Barnett instructions where I have circled the omitted plates otherwise I have followed the instructions
