Starter problems

Hello,
i have a starter problem with my 906. when i push the start button
i hear the starter relais work, but the starter motor doesn`t turn.
The battery is OK. Can someone give an advice?

Hi Timmy, snap, same has happened to me, exctly the same!

I brought a new starter fom ebay, but as yet haven't fitted it, altough I think I may try and rebuild it in situ, as I really don't want to take the engine casing off. Hope someone helps you, because it will help me too!
