Why? my 907 i.e. runs great and it is box stock. It definitley isn't a rocket ship, but from top to bottom runs well. It has the euro chip, Staintune exhaust and a stock type air filter

Purchased bike yesterday, installed new battery and went directly to Desmoto in S.F. to have charging system checked. 12.9 volts at idle and 13.2 at 4000 revs. Alternator and reg. rec. cheked o.k. Where do I start looking for the "weak link" in this system. BTW, this is the most beautiful ...
